I understand that the granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to violate any state or local law; and, all the provisions of the City of Morrow Sign Code will be complied with including section 8-15-19 which states "No sign of any kind shall be permitted to extend into or above or to be anchored or placed in any portion of the right-of-way of a state or county highway, or city street or public sidewalk (except official city, state, and county signs) and in no case, closer than five (5) feet to curb line."
