You can fill out your Temporary Signs and Promotions Form online. Once you fill out the form, you're work is done. The City of Morrow will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible via email. A valid and working email account is necessary in order for a permit to be granted online. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email at the address you specify with a special link that will allow you to print out your permit straight from your computer.
