  1. Olde Morrow 3D Visual 2007 (75% complete).

 

  1. PSC Franchise Decision Update.
    1. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Manis indicated she would render a ruling on November 15.

 

  1. Planning Session 2008 and Budget Calendar Draft.

 

  1. Holiday Sales Briefing 2007.

 

  1. GMA District Meeting – Riverdale City Hall – November 15th @ 6:30 PM.

 

  1. Annexation Schedule– Pleasant Valley.
    1. Planning & Zoning Recommendation – November 20th.
    2. Public hearing on annexation and zoning of the property will be held November 27, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. 
    3. Final Decision – December 11th Council Meeting.
