COUNCIL WORK SESSION

Mayor Millirons called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting took place in the Boardroom of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA.

 

Mayor Millirons recessed the Work Session at 7:30 p.m. for the regular council meeting.  The Work Session resumed after the completion of the regular council meeting.

 

The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:

 

1.      Budget 2004-05.

2.      Sign Code Changes (1st Reading June 8th Council Meeting).

3.      Service Delivery Agreement Signed (Issues?).

4.      Animal Control?

5.      Clayton Clean & Beautiful Dues?

6.      Police Chief Applicants (Interview Dates)?

7.      Delete Zoning Classifications RMA, RMC, O/I, and NB (Draft).

8.      Annexation (Burbank and Carla)?

9.      Meadowbrook Rezoning (June 15th P&Z – June 22nd City Council)

 

10.  Foxcroft Subdivision Cultural Celebration (Saturday, June 12th, 2PM-6PM).

11.  Maxie Price (Drive Time –Under Construction).

12.  John Robert Access Road (Shopping Center Ownership Change).

13.  Land Purchase (Taco Bell- Closing Pending).

14.  Southlake Riverfront District (Pending).

15.  C-Tran Intergovernmental Agreement (Pending).
