i. The City Council agreed to negotiate for the required property for the roadway. If the owner remains unwilling to honor their written letter of intent, the City Attorney was authorized to take the actions necessary to obtain the property.

3. Tourism Act (HB451).

4. Fire Update.

5. Pathway System Phase I (Right of Way – Pending).
1. Redesign Terminus Point.

6. LCI – Opening Bids on May 17^th for Streetscape – Parking Deck staged with 60 Day Lead Time.

7. Second Fire Station (Grand Opening – June 9^th @ 1PM).

8. GMA Annual Savannah Conference – (June 23 – 26^th).

9. Summerfest (Saturday, June 30^th).

10. Annexation (Update).
1. Meadowbrook Re-annexation

11. Meadowbrook Residential Plan (Pending).

12. 6066 Navaho Tr. Property (Property for Sale).

13. LCI (Dutch Property Pending).
