COUNCIL WORK SESSION

Mayor Millirons called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m. The meeting took place in the Boardroom of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA 30260.
Mayor Millirons recessed the Work Session at 7:30 p.m. for the regular council meeting. The Work Session resumed after the completion of the regular council meeting.
The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:
1. Mayor and Council/P&Z (Discussion - Future Land Use Map - Other).
2. HB 1714 (SPLOST and Annexation Changes).
3. Storm Water Ordinance (Comments)?
4. Annexation (Residential-pending).
5. Land Purchase (GTC - 1.45 acres purchased).
6. Land Purchase (Taco Bell - pending).
7. Rail Meeting with Governor Perdue (March 11, 2:30 p.m.).
8. Community Roundtable (March 11, 6:00 p.m. @ Tourist Center).
9. Good Luck Party (Kenny Smith - Friday, March 12, 2:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.).
10. CCMA Meeting (March 25, 7:00 p.m., Holiday Inn South).
11. GMA Convention (June 26 - 29)
12. Police Chief Job Opening (Will list in GMA, GGCP, and IACP - Residency Requirement?).
13. Maxie Price (Drive Time - Pending).
14. Southlake Riverfront District (Pending).
15. C-Tran Intergovernmental Agreement (Pending).
There was no further business, and Mayor Millirons adjourned the meeting at 10:00 p.m.
