COUNCIL WORK SESSION

June 14, 2005

Mayor Millirons called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting took place in the Boardroom of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA.

Mayor Millirons recessed the Work Session at 7:30 p.m. for the regular council meeting.  The Work Session resumed after the completion of the regular council meeting.

The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:

1. JJG Pathway Update.

2. Hungarian Delegation Visit to Morrow.

3. Shopping Cart Ordinance (draft).

4. Harbin Terrace Subdivision Sign and Road Names.

5. Georgia Power Franchise Amendment.

6. Southlake Mall Article.

7. GMA Conference (Savannah – June 25-27).

8. GMA Legislative Policy Statements.

9. GMA Summer Training Program (August 24 in Athens).

10. LCI Town Square Released by GDOT.

11. Bhole Property, 1117 Mt. Zion  Rd (Pending).

12. 6066 Navaho Tr. Property Purchase (Pending).

13. Lewis Welch Property Demolition (Pending).

14. Employee evaluations.
