CITY OF MORROW

COUNCIL WORK SESSION

July 27^th, 2004

Mayor Millirons called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting took place in the Boardroom of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA.

Mayor Millirons recessed the Work Session at 7:30 p.m. for the regular council meeting.  The Work Session resumed after the completion of the regular council meeting.

The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:

1. Adamson Parkway Rezoning- (P&Z on August 17^th, Council August 24^th).

2. Keep Clayton County Beautiful Awards (Thurs., Aug. 19^th, @ Morrow Tourist Center).

3. Macy’s Building Update.

4. IHOP Update.

5. Skylark Drive Property (Closed- However, we needed to correct one document).

6. Annexation (Burbank and Carla Drive- Survey and timelines pending).

7. 2004 Tax Digest (Pending).

8. John Robert Access Road (Design Finished-pending).

9. Southlake Riverfront District (Pending).

10. C-Tran Intergovernmental Agreement (Pending).
