The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:

1. Planning Session 2008 – Technology (Anou).

2. Planning Session 2008 – Tourism/Community Development (Mike Twomey).

3. Community Roundtable Schedule.

4. Conditional Use Request (P&Z - Feb. 19^th and City Council - March 11^th).

5. Post Office Property.

6. Boys and Girls Club Opportunity.

7. Purchase Contract.
1. The City Manager defined the need for additional vehicle parking, public works storage, and recreational green space at the municipal complex to the City Council. He also presented a property purchase opportunity that would provide for additional recreational green space, paved vehicle parking, and public works storage. After general discussion, the City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract for the purchase of the property.

1. Draft Cost Projection and build out timetable.

9. Annual Planning Session – Saturday, February 23^rd, 2008.

10. Legal Issues – Update.
1. Aarons.
2. Property Taxes (Morrow DDA).
3. McNab.

11. Mayor’s Day – GMA – January 26-28 @ Atlanta Hilton.
