- Former Lewis Welch Property
(Revised Contract Approval). City Manager, John Lampl, explained the
revisions to the approved contract to the City Council. The changes
reflected the purchase of the entire 6.25 acre tract and a time extension.
Councilman Slaton made a motion to accept the contract, Councilman LaPorte seconded the motion. Mayor Millirons called for a vote and it passed
unanimously.
