    1. Councilman Slaton made a motion to accept the proposal, seconded by Councilman Barfield. The motion passed unanimously.

  1. Finance Award – City Earned our 12th Consecutive Award from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States. Presentation to Dan Defnall and Juanita at Sept. 11th Council Meeting due to medical issues beyond our control.
