Mayor Millirons called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting took place in the Boardroom of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA.

 

Mayor Millirons recessed the Work Session at 7:30 p.m. for the regular council meeting.  The Work Session resumed after the completion of the regular council meeting.

 

The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:

 

1.      Storm Water Utility (Feasibility Study Update CCWA).

2.      Public Hearing (State Mandate) Tuesday, August 31 @ 7:30PM.

3.      Public Hearing (State Mandated 3rd hearing) Tuesday, Sept. 14 @ 6:30PM.

4.      Skylark Property (Opportunity)?

5.      Reynolds Property (Opportunity)?

6.      LCI Update (The Green and Parking Deck).

7.      Street Printing (Foxcroft, Navaho, Twilight, and Argonne).

8.      Subdivision Markers (Mural Drive and Twilight).

 

9.      Jester’s Creek Timelines.

10.  Annexation (Burbank and Carla Drive- Land Survey Pending).

11.  John Robert Access Road (Design Finished-pending).

12.  Southlake Riverfront District (Pending).

13.  C-Tran Intergovernmental Agreement (Pending).
