COUNCIL WORK SESSION
August 10th, 2004

Mayor Millirons called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m. The meeting took place in the Boardroom of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA.
Mayor Millirons recessed the Work Session at 7:30 p.m. for the regular council meeting. The Work Session resumed after the completion of the regular council meeting.
The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:
1. Parking Deck Concept.
2. Mt. Zion II Concept.
3. Storm Water Utility/Jester’s Creek Update.
4. Friends of Georgia Archives?
5. Trailways Tourism Opportunity.
6. US Vet-Aid Concert (Southlake Mall-Oct.16-17).
7. Tax Digest (Newspaper Ads and Public Hearing Dates Pending).
8. Adamson Parkway Rezoning- (P&Z on August 17th, Council August 24th).
9. Keep Clayton County Beautiful Awards (Thurs., Aug. 19th, @ Morrow Tourist Center).
10. Annexation (Burbank and Carla Drive- Survey and timelines pending).
11. Economic Developer (Starts Aug. 16th).
12. John Robert Access Road (Design Finished-pending).
13. Southlake Riverfront District (Pending).
14. C-Tran Intergovernmental Agreement (Pending).
15. Personnel Issue (Dave Wall Evaluation).
