  1. Fire Update on Malibu Trail, Northlake Drive, John Robert Drive, and Hammack Drive.

 

  1. Lake Harbin – Meadowbrook Annexation Timeline.

 

  1. Service Delivery (Issues Pending – LOST Inequities Pending.).

 

  1. D.R. Horton – City Manager John Lampl presented a new housing elevation plan to the City Council for Harbin Terrace. After a brief discussion, Councilman LaPorte made a motion to approve the elevation as submitted. Councilman Slaton seconded the motion. Mayor Pro-Tem Huie called for the vote and it passed unanimously.

 

  1. 6270 Graceland Circle (Closed – Pending Demolition for Access to Daniel Park).

 

  1. Second Fire Station (Lease Agreement Pending Modifications).

 

  1. Roswell Ordinance Discussion –Limiting Unrelated Persons Dwelling in a Single Family Dwelling (Pending).

 

  1. Adult Oriented Businesses (Ordinance Pending Attorney Revisions).

 

  1. Meadowbrook Property (Closed – City Owns 40 additional Acres of Dedicated Park/Recreational Space).

 

  1. 6066 Navaho Tr. Property (Property For Sale).

 

  1. Pathway System (Right of Way - Pending).

 

  1. Pond LCI Redesign (Finished- GDOT Reviewing).
