John Lampl presented a new housing elevation plan to the City Council for
Harbin Terrace. After a brief discussion, Councilman LaPorte made a motion
to approve the elevation as submitted. Councilman Slaton seconded the
motion. Mayor Pro-Tem Huie called for the vote and it passed unanimously.
