COUNCIL WORK SESSION

Mayor Millirons called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting took place in the Boardroom of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA.

 

Mayor Millirons recessed the Work Session at 7:30 p.m. for the regular council meeting.  The Work Session resumed after the completion of the regular council meeting.

 

The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:

 

1.      Service Delivery Strategy (Extend until April, 2006) Riverdale?

2.      Annexation (Public Annexation and Zoning Hearing-May 11th Council Meeting).

3.      RS-30, Mixed Use, & CUPID Ordinance (Draft and Discussion).

4.      Health Insurance (Possible Changes).

5.      CDBG Agreement (DCA).

6.      Budget 2004-05 (Options)?

7.      2004 LARP Awards ($12,500 for Argonne, York, and Rickenbacker).

8.      Community Roundtable (April 29th, 8 AM @ Tourist Center).

9.      Government Comprehensive Planning Session (April 29th, 9 AM @ Tourist Center).

10.  Teen Driving Clinic (May 1st, 10am-4pm @ City Hall).

11.  Ernest Duffey Retirement Party (May 7th, 4PM – 6PM @ Tourist Center)?

 

12.  Day in The Park (May 15th – from 4 till 10PM @ City Hall).
