COUNCIL WORK SESSION

Mayor Millirons called the Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting took place in the Boardroom of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA.

Mayor Millirons recessed the Work Session at 7:30 p.m. for the regular council meeting.  The Work Session resumed after the completion of the regular council meeting.

The topics that were discussed during the Work Session included the following:

1.  Service Delivery Strategy (Extend until April 2006)

2.  Tuition Reimbursement Program (Change to 24 Month)

3.  HB 1714 - SPLOST issues (Passed-Pending Gov. Signature)

7.  2004 Salary Schedule (Proposed)

8.  Annexation (Residential - County Notification)

9.  Gateway Village (Land)

10. Land Purchase (Taco Bell-Closing Pending Mortgage Company Approval)
