Mayor Jim Millirons called the Public Hearing to order at 11:00 a.m.  The meeting took place in the Council Chambers of the Morrow Municipal Complex, 1500 Morrow Road, Morrow, GA, 30260. 

PUBLIC HEARING:

The Second Public Hearing for Ordinance 2007-11, to set the milage for the calendar year 2007, by establishing the gross milage for maintenance and operation at Ten (10) mils, less the rollback of Five (5) mils for Local Option Sales Tax, leaving a net milage for maintenance and operation purposes set at Five (5) mils.

Second Public Hearing: Tuesday, October 23,  2007, 11:00 A.M.

Third Public Hearing: Tuesday, October 23, 2007, 7:30 P.M.

Mayor Jim Millirons adjourned the meeting at 11:09 am.
