1. Chief Baker of the Morrow Police Department will present State Certification Pins to the Mayor, Council, and City Manager.

NEW BUSINESS:                

1. Resolution 2006-08 potential referendum election to correct the Local Option Sales Tax in Clayton County.

            2.   Final Budget Amendment for audit 2005/2006

3.  Due to no Agenda items, the September 19, 2006, Planning and Zoning Board meeting has been canceled.
