Item 1:  Second Reading of an Ordinance to annex property on Harvard Court, Reagan Chase, Carriage Drive, Marion Lane, and Maddox Road - Ordinance 2004-11

Item 2:  Preliminary Plat approval of above mentioned property to be annexed

NEW BUSINESS:

Item 1: First Reading of an Ordinance to modify the “Zoning Ordinance of the City of Morrow, Georgia, March 1986,” by adding a Mixed Use Development (MU) zoning district

Item 2: First Reading of an Ordinance to modify the “Zoning Ordinance of the City of Morrow, Georgia, March 1986,” by adding a Fee Simple Town Houses (RS-30) zoning district

Item 3:  First Reading of an Ordinance to modify the “Zoning Ordinance of the City of Morrow, Georgia, March 1986,” by amending Article IX, Section 907A Community University Planned District (C.U.P.D.)

Item 4:  Resolution 2004-08 to adopt the Official Traffic-Control Map, Community Resources & Facilities Map, Annexation Map, Existing Land Use Map, and Future Land Use Map   

Item 5:  Update on the progress of Governor’s Office of Highway Safety Grant
