1. Resolution 2006-04 489granting Mayor Jim Millirons authority to execute all documentation associated with the Service Delivery Strategy upon reaching an agreement in the City’s best interest.

2. Resolution 2006-05 authorizing the Mayor to call for a referendum on the Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) upon failure between Clayton County and Municipalities to reach an equitable formula for LOST.
