OLD BUSINESS:

 

  1. Second Reading of Ordinance 2007-02 - An Ordinance to amend the City Code of Ordinances in Title 8, Planning and Development, Chapter 4 Flood Damage Prevention; Providing for designation of flood-prone areas and the managing of their uses; to provide findings; to provide for severability; to repeal conflicting laws, ordinances, and resolutions; to provide an effective date of this ordinance; and for other purposes.

  1. Resolution 2007-09 – to authorize the conveyance and sale of certain real property to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Morrow; and for other purposes.

NEW BUSINESS:

 

  1. Approval of contract between the City of Morrow and the Georgia Department of Transportation for the resurfacing of Old Rex Morrow Road (LAU07 – S010-00(340)).

 

  1. Mayor Millirons and Chief Herendeen will present a 5 year service pin to Matt Rawlins of the Fire Department.

 

3.   Due to no Agenda items, the May 15, 2007 Planning and Zoning Board meeting has been canceled.
