1. First Reading of Ordinance 2006-03 An Ordinance to amend the City Code of Ordinances, concerning Title 4 Public Safety: Chapter 1. Law Enforcement, Section 4-1-6. Traffic Signal Violation Detection System. 

2.    Due to no Agenda items, the March 21, 2006, Planning and Zoning Board meeting has been canceled.
