Public Hearing:
For the public to examine the design progress of Phase II of the bike and pedestrian path system along Jester’s Creek and to contribute ideas and concerns. The project is funded by the Department of Transportation through the Transportation Enhancement Program.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Second Reading of Ordinance 2007-04 to adopt the 2008 Fiscal Year Budget.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Petition for Rezoning of property located at 6768 Southlake Parkway from HM (Heavy Manufacturing) to BG (Business General). Mr. J. Todd Bender, Managing Partner, Clark Howell Partners, LLC, Petitioner.
2. Petition for Rezoning of a tract or parcel of land contiguous to Interstate 75 with frontage on Meadowbrook Lane (the boundary line follows the stream that runs through the center of the property) from RS-30 (Fee Simple Townhouses) to BG (Business General) with a Conditional Use. The proposed use of the property will be per Deed Restriction.
3. Ordinance 2007-05 First reading of an Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Morrow; To Remove References To Overlay Districts; To Make Technical Corrections; To Repeal Conflicting Provisions; And For Other Purposes.
4. Ordinance 2007-06 First reading of an Ordinance to adopt the new official Zoning Map for the City of Morrow.
5. Ordinance 2007-07 First reading of an Ordinance to adopt the new official Annexation, Base, Existing Land Use, Future Land Use, Official Traffic Control, and Resources and Facilities maps.
