PROCLAMATION:
Proclamation honoring Captain Mike Byrd for his years of service in the Morrow Fire Department.
PRESENTATION:
VIPS volunteers Cee Viola and Charlie Slater were recognized nationally under Presidential seal and signature for their service to the police department. Chief Baker will make a presentation to both volunteers in appreciation for their dedication and in honor of this recognition.

NEW BUSINESS:
Item 1: Authorization from the Mayor and Council for City Manager John Lampl to enter into contract with Georgia Development Partners for the construction of Jester’s Creek Pedestrian Pathway System, Phase I.
Item 2: Request from Chief Jeff Baker to declare a 1997 JMC Jimmy VIN#1GKLS13W4P2520590 as surplus property and to authorize the disposal of this property in keeping with all applicable laws.
