APPROVAL OF MINUTES:                        Work Session – January 23, 2007       

Regular Meeting – January 23, 2007

PRESENTATION:

1. Mayor Millirons and Katherine Capps will present a 10 year service pin to Sandra Smith of the 911 Communication Center.

2. Mayor Millirons and Chief Baker will present a 10 year service pin to Jena Honea of the Police Department.

3. Police Chief Jeff Baker of the Morrow Police Department will present the Citizen of the Year plaque and Volunteer Service pins.

NEW BUSINESS:

1.   Resolution 2007-05 – Redefining the process for 911 service fees collected since 1989.

2.   A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documentation related to an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Morrow and Clayton County establishing terms and conditions for the use of Red Light Cameras.   

3.   Due to no Agenda items, the February 20, 2007 Planning and Zoning Board meeting has been canceled.
