1. Second reading of ORDINANCE 2006-13: An Ordinance entitled an Ordinance to amend the City Code of Ordinances, concerning Title 8, Planning and Development; Chapter 2, Building Regulation and Code Enforcement; Article D, Unfit Buildings and Structures; Section 8-2-106: Urban Redevelopment Plan.
