Ordinance 2007-08: Second reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code of Ordinances in Title 8, Planning and Development, Chapter 4 Flood Damage Prevention; Providing for designation of flood-prone areas and the managing of their uses; to provide findings; to provide for severability; to repeal conflicting laws, ordinances, and resolutions; to provide an effective date of this ordinance; and for other purposes.

 

  1. Ordinance 2007-09: Second reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Zoning Ordinance by defining certain Zoning Classifications and for administrative changes.

 

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

  1. Ordinance 2007-10: First reading of an Ordinance detailing the process and procedures for entities operating taxi cab companies and those offering car for hire service in the City of Morrow.

  2. Resolution 2007-15: Resolution to appoint election officials for 2007.

 

  1. Approval of Surplus Item: Fire Chief Mark Herendeen is requesting the following item be listed as surplus:
