1. Second Reading of Ordinance 2006-05 amending Title 5 Public Works: Chapter 2. Solid Waste Collection, Article A. Collection of Residential Refuse, Section 5-2-5 Preparation and storage of acceptable refuse, Letter (A) Garbage, ashes and trash, Number (2) Preparation.

NEW BUSINESS:

1.   Request for review and approval by Council authorizing Mayor Jim Millirons to execute the LARP contract with Georgia Department of Transportation to resurface Clayton State Boulevard.
