OLD BUSINESS:

1.   Second Reading of Ordinance 2006-04 establishing Chapter 4, Sections

5-4-1 through 5-4-12 in Title 5 Public Works of the City Code of Ordinances, pertaining to a stormwater utility, and for other purposes.

NEW BUSINESS:

1.   First Reading of Ordinance 2006-05 amending Title 5 Public Works: Chapter 2. Solid Waste Collection, Article A. Collection of Residential Refuse, Section 5-2-5 Preparation and storage of acceptable refuse, Letter (A) Garbage, ashes and trash, Number (2) Preparation.

2.   Due to no Agenda items, the April 18, 2006, Planning and Zoning Board meeting has been canceled.
