The City of Morrow Police Department to provide the highest level of services possible to the community through continuous quality improvements and exceptional, ethical, and professional standards.


The City of Morrow Fire Department strives to minimize the loss of life and property by providing effective and efficient fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire prevention and public education services to our community.


Morrow City Hall is the center for all activity within the city. This department supports the other departments with the provision of the following services: operation of Municipal Court, the issuance of business licenses and building permits, and code enforcement. In addition, this department is charged with maintaining the records and the history of the City.



The Municipal Court has jurisdiction in most misdemeanor traffic offenses. The court also has jurisdiction in misdemeanor offenses of underage possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, and theft by shoplifting. The court also handles local ordinance violations.


The City of Morrow Public Works Department serves all City departments as well as the citizens of Morrow with waste management service, grounds maintenance, storm water management, and much more.


The City of Morrow parks offer many wonderful amenities for the residents and visitors alike.


The City of Morrow Communications Center serves Morrow and Lake City and is responsible for processing all 911 calls as well as other non-emergency calls.


The Georgia Archives stores and preserves Georgia’s historic documents, maps, and photos. The Georgia Archives building is open to historians and visitors wanting to learn more about the history of Georgia.
