Executive Suites

The Executive Suites are private executive offices acquired by the Morrow Downtown Development Authority. We have upgraded this space into a premier office/medical complex. Our current tenant mix includes medical, accounting, legal, the Morrow Business & Tourism Association, and the Morrow Downtown Development offices.

The suites range in size from approximately 130 square feet to 2500 square feet. They include an on-site property management team, all utilities, phone, internet service, and negotiated use of the board room and training room (excellent visual presentations in both facilities).
