![]() The City of Morrow hosts one of the largest commerce areas in South-Metro Atlanta. The city has a variety of services offered including medical, professional, banking, lodging, shopping, theater, and dining. ![]() By now, you may have seen the historic homes rolled into the OLDE MORROW district. These homes are being renovated and will transform the area into a family oriented entertainment destination. Look for all sorts of excitement here over the coming months. Soon, we will all be able to enjoy this wonderful development, which includes the lake that gives Southlake its name. The district is under design by Morrow’s own Ernest Duffey. This project continues to generate a lot of interest and it will be a major component of the revitalization of the Southlake Mall area. ![]() The City of Morrow is also home to the Global Trade Market. With innovative planning Morrow believes that the Global Trade Market can thrive. An opportunity existed to create an international market, a destination experience with a large customer base coming out of the airport, especially as the airport’s borders are creeping closer and closer to the city. Morrow is an ideal location for such an initiative as the retail environment is well established. Renegotiating land use will create the opportunity for a retail market in large empty warehouse centers. Rebuilding this area will rebuild the economic strength of the work force. The City of Morrow has many opportunities for new businesses to make their mark in the city. If you are interested in starting a new business, click here.
